The Role: B2B Marketing Manager

Contract: PAYE / Full-time (Rolling end date)

Salary: £226 – £258 per day

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Marketing is considered the heartbeat of our client’s business. It is a cross-divisional team that supports all of the divisions (IT and Mobile, Enterprise Business Team & Consumer Electronics). B2B Marketing forms part of this area, focusing our activities on the huge growth opportunities we have in business. From large enterprise right through to small business, we strive to deliver customer-centric plans that hit our commercial targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver strategic B2B co-op marketing plans with our alliance partners (Google, Microsoft, Intel)

  • A passionate teammate, collaborate closely with the wider computing team across commercial, marketing, product management, EO/HQ, and align with consumer investments for scale and continuity
  • Requiring a load of tenacity and flexibility, create and execute joint marketing plans to drive the acquisition SME business, and nurture our customer portfolio within a large enterprise
  • Align B2B alliance marketing plans with the over-arching brand marketing plan to deliver programmes that are consistent with consumer and business touchpoints
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer decision journey, including content development

2. Implement best-in-class large enterprise marketing plans, putting this area of the business right in the spotlight

  • Aligned to B2B strategy, create and implement vertical plans to support our large enterprise growth targets
  • Develop collaborative relationships with our B2B large enterprise partners to grow key verticals
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, building out insight and knowledge across the chosen verticals to recognise the best route to market

3. Be the champion for key B2B strategic projects including social, CRM and dotcom

  • Social Media: Own the B2B social content calendar, devise the content strategy, align with the wider team across consumer and other B2B divisions for continuity – and manage multiple agencies
  • CRM: Alongside your manager, own the execution of our CRM strategy to build our database and increase engagement across our existing customers and prospects. Work with our agency to deliver data-driven email programmes including lead scoring and nurturing
  • Dotcom: Be our B2B campaign dotcom champion, supporting our online team as they optimise our site and implement campaigns

Requirements:

  • An experienced and passionate marketer with 5+ years of marketing experience in creating and delivering brand or partner marketing, ideally within the technology sector
  • Previous experience within technology or a large complex matrix organisation
  • A background in managing alliance or channel partners welcomed
  • A strong, highly organised individual able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing asks
  • Ability to work under pressure to competing timelines
