The Role: Digital Merchandising Executive
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Upto £36,000
Location: Holborn, London
Start date: ASAP

You will support the onsite Content & Merchandising strategy across the company’s digital estate. You will be responsible for working closely with key stakeholders as the guardian of merchandising best practise within the Food category, across the food digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with the wider eCommerce and digital operations teams to deliver the best customer experience across your area of responsibility. Through constant review and iteration, you will explore new opportunities to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the team responsible for the execution and optimisation of our content and merchandising strategy, acting as guardians across all channels for the Food category
  • Be responsible for driving sales and conversion across the site by setting the on-site journey strategy working with and coaching our Digital Operations Centre (DOC) to ensure it is implemented on time and on quality.
  • Use data insight tools available and conduct competitor analysis to ensure continuous data-led improvement of site execution. Develop test and learn activities to support continued optimisation. Tools available include Google Analytics, Content Square, User Zoom and Monetate
  • Constantly iterate our ways of working across teams and the Digital Operations Centre to ensure we are maximising our efficiency
  • Collaborate with wider eCommerce teams to ensure that customer, category and supplier priorities are executed to the highest standards and are aligned to delivering against our Business and Digital goals.
  • Work closely with Nectar 360 and suppliers to understand the requirements and manage the delivery of our supplier pages and revenue activities across the DOC
  • Work closely with the Product team on future site developments that support improving customer and colleague pain points
  • Success will be determined through sales, conversion, customer, and internal stakeholder feedback.
