Servant leadership is often seen as “being soft” especially for those who think to drive profit and growth you have to be ruthless, cutthroat and aggressive.
In reality, this couldn’t be further from the truth, by inspiring people, liberating them to use their own initiative and engendering trust and empathy in our culture, we can have a much more powerful organisation which I believe can drive profitability and growth much more than the old tools of command and control, fear and greed.
