At the moment we have members of the team in on alternative days, so keeping those spirits and office relationships alive are difficult.
People are struggling WFH and not seeing their colleagues on a regular basis; it’s all well and good jumping on a call but you don’t want to JUST talk business 24/7.
So, we’ve decided to do something a little bit different to keep the connection alive.
We’ve set up a few games throughout the office, with people taking it in turns to make their move on alternative days when they are in the office, some are taking A LOT longer than expected.
