As recruiters in the UK, we have a duty to change the industry’s reputation!
This sector is WAY too focused on selling. After all, we’re in the people business. So, let’s make an effort to change our approach accordingly.
We need to get under the skin of the companies we’re working with and really get to know them, so we can help them really achieve their goals.
The sooner we start saying “let me be your partner, let me work with you” rather than “have you got any jobs? Do you need me to send you some CVs?” the sooner we can improve our reputation.
