We could wake up tomorrow and change our job descriptions to include gender neutral wording, or build a talent pool based on a competency-based framework.

We have a long way to go, but we have to start somewhere, this way it’ll be about the RIGHT person getting the role and limiting unconscious bias from a talent pool in the first place.
