Let’s stop portraying this immaculate image on social media, especially in times of chaos and difficulty. We have a responsibility to those we lead, to lead with empathy and compassion and by putting out a perfect image of success and our own brilliance, never sharing our own failures and coming across as perfect, we set up those who look up to us for failure by creating a false image of what the road to success looks like!
It’s OK to make a mistake, it’s OK not to have all the answers, it’s OK to ask for help, let’s lead by example and allow ourselves to be vulnerable, allow ourselves to BE HUMAN!
