The Role: Account Manager
Contract: Perm
Salary: Up to £45k + OTE
Location: York, UK (Hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
Due to the continued growth of our client’s base, they are looking to expand their Commercial Team with the addition of an Account Manager. The move is in response to a further increase in the number of organisations now turning to deliver a better kind of outplacement and career transition support to their employees.
Duties:
The focus of the role will be to provide our client’s existing clients with an exceptional level of support through periods of restructuring, helping them to find the right outplacement solutions for their employees. Candidates will be tasked with strengthening and building these relationships, identifying new stakeholders, or finding opportunities to support those clients with additional services for their employees beyond outplacements, such as resilience training or pre-retirement planning.
The ultimate aims with these clients will be to achieve strong retention rates, increase revenue, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a commercially focused Account Management role with
- A proven track record of managing and developing strong working relationships with HR professionals.
- Experience in one or more of the following service areas: outplacement, resilience, career development, coaching, leadership development, assessment, recruitment, HR outsourcing or HR technology.
