The Role: eCommerce Analytics & Insights Manager
Contract: PAYE (rolling contract)
Salary: £37,000 – £41,000
Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Use data platforms to see opportunities/risks, providing insights and sales solutions to drive D2C growth.
- Review marketing data and insights to support the formulation and evaluation of pan-European promotions and initiatives.
- Provide insights into the competitive environment and consumer marketplace to support the development of strategies that improve the performance of the TV/AV business.
- Work with HQ and European analytics & BI team to ensure consistent execution of global best practices within European markets.
- Build dashboards and reports that help understand how customers are interacting with our websites, marketplaces, and 3rd-party retailer channels.
- Support in the creation of forecasts to track business performance and target setting
- Develop tools to enhance fast knowledge transfer within the business to drive efficient decision making
- Monitor, analyse and report company website traffic, online channel activities, and eStore performance to uncover trends, provide useful recommendations, and drive continuous improvement on digital metrics.
- Display complex quantitative information through charts, graphs, tables, infographics, and tailored visualizations.
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within business analytics/intelligence preferably in eCommerce/marketing.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics is a must.
- Experience and ownership of comprehensive eCommerce/digital analytics to provide recommendations to the business.
- Develop models and forecasts based on analytics and business inputs
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional capability to interpret vast and complex information and formulate into practical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Capable of networking and building robust channels of communication.
- Thorough in process, keen on accuracy.
- Be creative, logical, and analytical.
