The Role: Omni Channel Marketing Exec

Contract: PAYE (rolling contract)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

Start date: ASAP

This role requires a multi-skilled Marketing Manager, with strong experience in digital marketing able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Someone who’s able to harness relationships with our client’s channel partners & develop channel plans which drive positive commercial results for the IM business, across multiple IM product categories.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Working with the channel account team (Account Director and Account Manager) to plan and complete multiple product launches
  • Implementing quarterly promotional plans ensuring a high share of voice is achieved, through various touch points of the channel customer journey (TTL)
  • Ownership of the end-to-end process of promotional campaigns
  • Aligning base activity to drive loyalty across company products and cross-sell opportunities to drive ecosystem sales
  • Align b2b marketing activity across flagship launches and manage execution and rollout of B2B flagship campaigns
  • Briefing and alignment of base comms activity sent from the company to channel partner customers
  • Deliver brand, commercial and channel objectives (with a specific focus on sell-out) with the company agencies and channel partners
  • Manage in-life promotional activity across device categories and deliver GTM plan to channel partner
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining budget tracking for marketing activities
  • Digital excellence using the company Digital Blueprint, ensuring channels adhere to blueprint standards, and we continually evolve how we complete brilliant basics in digital touchpoints (including ongoing reporting and optimisation)
  • Responsible for ensuring internal marketing processes are being followed, before committing any spend
  • Timely delivery of reports including quarterly marketing plans, execution compliance & budget reviews & analysis
  • Analysing post-launch/campaign results ensuring findings & recommendations are shaping future activities
  • Tracking of competitor activities to ensure the company maintains strong SOV, execution leadership & unique points of difference across channels
  • attend weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing planning meetings with the channel partners where appropriate.

Essential skills required:

  • Passion for mobile, technology and innovation
  • 360 marketing experience, with a focus on digital (and a clear understanding of digital marketing metrics)
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Ability to seek out and build relationships with multiple internal and external partners to successfully deliver on key projects
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage large & sometimes complex activities
  • A great teammate with a can-do attitude & spirit
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with solid presentation skills
