The Role: Senior Manager, Benefits EMEA

Salary: £75,000 – £110,000

As the Senior Manager, Benefits EMEA, you will be responsible for informing the strategy for our benefits across the EMEA region with a lens on thinking globally and acting locally. Part of your focus will be on the continuous development of your team and the implementation of the company’s benefits programs to ensure they are inclusive and meaningful.
You will be accountable for high employee service levels across the region and operational excellence. You will partner with the global benefits leadership team, local HR leadership and local business leadership to ensure that all programs support the organization’s strategic objectives, are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure the success and impact of innovative benefit programs as well as manage all communication and change efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Key thought partner and member of the global benefits leadership team
- Lead the EMEA benefits function and continue to optimize our high-performing benefits team, including how best to structure and resource the team
- From an operational perspective, create a long-term roadmap to automate and scale our benefits and leave of absence processes and workflows to support our scale and growth across the region
- Working with our external partners, benchmark benefits offerings and budgets to market competitive practices and make recommendations for changes and additions to the company benefits
- Using data to inform our decisions, develop a two-way conversation with our employees with a focus on optimizing our offerings globally, including establishing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits plans and programs
- Drive company compliance with applicable laws and audit requirements while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local legislation across the EMEA region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in the benefits field required with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role with experience in managing large-scale, complex projects across different countries
- Passionate risk taker that thinks big and wants to impact the lives of the company staff and influence our community and more
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization at scale with excellent attention to detail
- Experience implementing benefits administration platforms
- Demonstrated experience in setting strategy and ensuring operational excellence and high employee service levels are delivered
- Expert knowledge of EMEA legislation, practices, and EMEA leave plans
- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact across all levels within the organization
