The role: SMB Marketing Manager

Salary: £64,000 -£ 86,000

Are you a talented, driven and passionate SMB Country Marketing Manager?
Do you have strong prior experience in creating and implementing full-funnel marketing plans to address the SMB market and its different segments/verticals in the UK?
You will be exceptionally skilled at:
- Creating your own marketing strategy in the UK
- Overseeing SMB investment at the country level, budget mix and allocation
- Consolidating market-specific insights to shape the strategy & plan
- Developing specific plans to address Mi-market businesses
- Working closely with the global team, align on strategy & plan with key stakeholders
- In partnership with our global team, you will
- Review, and support SMB global acquisition programs
- Review, and support lifecycle global marketing programs
- Coordinate product launches with product marketing
- Lead campaign creatives localisation (radio, email, TV, OLV)
- Developing new ways to reach and convert SMBs. Identifying the relevant local partnerships, campaigns to develop, and events to attend
- Implement partnerships relevant to SMBs (eg: chamber of commerce…)
- Ensure attendance at suitable events (webinars, own/sponsored events…)
- Ensure we have a pipeline of content to communicate with different audiences, distributed through the most effective channels (testimonials, hiring a guide, reports, articles…)
- Identify speaking opportunities
Only apply if you have:
- 7+Marketing experience and worked within SMB marketing for 3+ years
- Experience using a wide range of B2B and B2C marketing techniques to engage and convert SMB audiences
- Expertise / Ability to speak/ present in front of massive audiences
- Highly data-driven with strong numerical skills
- Experience working with Sales teams, leadership and international teams
- Experience working with internal or external marketing agencies
- Comfortable operating in a complex matrix environment to secure outcomes that deliver strong business impact
