One of our founding partners will meet with you to understand your companies mission and growth plans then build a hiring strategy that suits.
We will take responsibility to conduct all 1st stage interviews on your behalf to save you time to build your business and share shortlists via our video interviewing platform (Optional).
Offering on boarding support for all our new starters to save you time and admin burden whilst ensuring all new hires hit the ground running.
All fees charged 22.5% flat fee spread over 12 months to share risk with you; no rebates to chase and no big up front fees to worry about, if you let go of the hire you stop paying.
Example – you hire a developer from us at £50k salary, 22.5% fee equals £11,250 spread over 12 months means you only pay £937.50 per month, if you terminate the employment of the developer after 6 months you stop paying the monthly fee to us.
This model is subject to written agreement that we will be a preferred supplier to you for a minimum period of 24 months.
