The Role: SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
Contract: 3 months contract
Salary: 475-500 euros per day
Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for someone with significant experience as a payroll manager and/or payroll admin, to join our client based in the Paris region (Colombes) as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.

Skills:
Personnel Administration / Payroll:
- Administrative management processes expertise
- Legal constraints related to contract management expertise
- French legal payroll regulations expertise
- Control of the French payroll process
- Post-pay France expertise, in particular, the DSN
Solutions:
- Mainly SAP HCM Payroll / EC Payroll experience
Consulting/project management support:
- Ability to conduct payroll audit or payroll process
- Realization of functional specifications
- Test configurations/validation of conformity
- Functional or application training
Supervision/coordination:
- Ability to supervise/coordinate a team
- Customer contact management
- Autonomy / make propositions
Profile Requirements:
- You must have a very good functional command of French payroll (from entering variable elements to controlling payroll and post-payroll),
- A good understanding as a user of SAP HR/HCM Payroll / EC Payroll
- Know how to combine dynamism, rigour, listening and analytical skills and team spirit to work in an innovative and motivating project environment,
- You are geographically mobile
- You have a good knowledge of French/English!
