Role: RCT Test Engineer
Type: Perm | Full Time (Shift patterns 8am – 4pm, 2pm – 9pm, 3pm – 10pm)
Location: Yateley (5 days on site for 1st Month, 3 days per week on site after 1st Month)

This role forms part of the Radio Conformance Test which performs diverse functions for our client’s Mobile Division in development of Mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
- Conformance and Regulatory testing of mobile devices
- Operate RF conformance test systems for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G
- Operate Antenna Performance testing (OTA) for 2G, 3G, 4G
- Network Operator specific protocol testing
- Update test results to online tool
- Test sample handling including booking in samples and software updates
- Undergo regular internal audits to support ISO17025
- Support customers with log files and issue reporting
Key Objectives:
- Work towards system specialist
- Be responsible for test system maintenance including calibration schedule and software updates
- Build relationships with lab in Korea
- Active collaboration within RCT
- Support project management activities
- Support department Technical Manager
- Building relationships with key stakeholders across different levels of the organisation
- Build working relationship with RCT members
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across R&D and external labs
Hard Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
