The Role: Marketing Manager Amazon, Pure Player & Retail CoE Europe

Contract: PAYE / Full-time

Salary: £206.61 – £254.00 per day

Location: Chertsey, Surrey

A Marketing Manager is needed to join a global company that devotes its talent and technology to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better global society. To achieve this, our client sets a high value on its people and technologies.

The Marketing Assistant will help support the marketing team that facilitates marketing excellence through shared services, marketing operations and best practices.

We are seeking someone with a customer-centric approach. You are ideal for this role if you have stakeholder management skills, excellent commercial acumen and strong marketing knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Best Practice guidance & execution, interpreting global strategy at a regional level, creating regional assets and standards
  • Planning Annual planning processes (strategic, budgetary,the campaign, etc.) and content marketing operations
  • Strategy Pan EU Marketing delivering cross-category, cross-market integrated marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
  • Analysis Analytics and reporting, best practice, insights and intelligence about customers, competitors & market trends

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (2:1 expected), Marketing degree ideal but not essential Experience in marketing-related capacity ideal
  • Amazon experience (Ideal)
  • Good skills in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint packages
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Strong numeracy/commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills, ability to build collaborative and positive working relationships at various levels.
  • Amazon experience in managing Sponsored Ads and Display media campaign planning, execution and attribution
  • To support developing the European marketing strategies across content, Retail and Advertising for the European subsidiaries to implement and execute
  • Experience (ideal but not essential) of working in a centralised division servicing multiple internal partners
  • Ability to communicate on a regular and consistent basis to external and internal teams, present ideas, devise & create presentation assets, materials, emails etc. communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs & strategies
  • Agency management and liaison, reporting and governance
  • Insight to develop a deep understanding of the Amazon consumer and use research & data to drive impactful insights, building case studies to communicate across the business
  • Ability to think strategically from a consumer and commercial perspective
