Our client is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their Client Service Team. We are seeking exceptional candidates who are great communicators, highly autonomous, purpose-driven and values-based.

We are looking for someone who is rigorous and vigorous as well as caring, kind and curious. We place a high value on accountability with empathy. You will need to be proficient in online collaboration tools such as MS teams and essentially thrive in a busy, virtual team-oriented environment.

Some of what you will do:

  • Support Client Services team and execute key project activities under pressure, including preparing programme materials and proposals, tech support in programme management for some of the most sophisticated companies in the world
  • Coordinate programme management and client meetings (including diary management and setting up meetings) with clients, external partners and facilitators/coaches. Manage the team calendar & schedule
  • Manage Sales funnel and CRM system and report to key team members
  • Collate clients’ feedback and communicate this to the project teams

About you:

  • A minimum of 3-years of experience working in a fast-paced, matrix working environment where an agile mindset and focus on priorities is critical
  • Highly structured, systemic, analytical minded, with good communication skills
  • Start-up experience, client relationship management, L&D or project management (delivery of services) background is highly valued
  • Have a positive and proactive can-do attitude!
  • An organised, self-sufficient and motivated individual that works great in teams as well as independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills must be demonstrated
  • Useful skills include taking status reports, dealing with people and analysing data
  • Proficient in Microsoft PPT, Excel and Teams is a must-have
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus!
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in German, French, Italian or Chinese is a plus!
  • Placement: London or remote, must be OK to work in EU or the UK
