The Role: Senior Talent Development Partner
Contract: Perm
Salary: £55,000 + bonus
Location: Chertsey, Surrey – Hybrid 3 days in the office
Start date: ASAP
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a solid background in Talent Development to create, own and deliver Talent Development initiatives that will help drive business success by advancing the skills and capabilities of Samsung employees at all levels. Your core responsibility will be to evolve and support the development of our capability frameworks, specifically (but not limited to) Sales, Marketing and Digital.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Talent Development Manager and Head of Talent, evolve and deliver comprehensive Digital, Sales and Marketing development frameworks that take account of the culture, systems and processes to ensure the highest performance and capability of our Digital, Sales and Marketing people
- Working with key senior stakeholders to leverage the internal expertise to deliver specific content, ensuring all development solutions are fit-for-purpose and designed to drive the highest level of performance
- Creating engaging and level-appropriate learning pathways to support the development of our Digital, Sales and Marketing people across all grades
