The role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location- Fully remote from Europe
Pay rate- 520 euros per day

CPL Talent Solutions are currently hiring for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to be based remotely in Europe. The successful candidate will have overall accountability for the functional implementation of the project. You should be able to apply best practices, country-specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design, review and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration.
- Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project People Management and Development
- Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project
- Business process guidance and solution definition for the configuration and development
Key Skills and experience
- Italian SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience
- 3-4 years of leadership and implementation experience on ERP implementations, preferably Sap SuccessFactors and employee central.
- Proven proficiency with Italian SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation
- Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design
- The English language is mandatory
