Job title: Digital Trading Lead

CPL is currently looking for a Digital Trading Lead for one of our Leading Market clients
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and implement both strategic and tactical Customer Trade plans to deliver the sales, profit and customer satisfaction targets for relevant propositions across all on-demand channels.
- Accountable for delivery of key events, content and media across channels working closely with key colleagues in eCommerce, loyalty programmes and partners to deliver a seamless execution.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across eCommerce, digital operations, commercial and Digital content and merchandising to ensure activities are clearly communicated and executed to ensure continued improvement to our offer and sales optimisation.
- Using digital analytic tools, customer insights data and trading data to inform decisions which deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers and improve our Digital metrics.
- Provide relevant and accurate reporting to many stakeholders supported with meaningful actions and insightful storytelling.
- Know and understand the on-demand channel performance, flagging risks/opportunities appropriately and proactively suggesting actions to mitigate/improve.
- Regularly review and report on the relevant market to inform the development of our channels.
- Proactively champion the on-demand channels through strong relationships with key stakeholders and attending key forums to ensure the channel is considered in their thinking.
- Support and deputise the Digital Trading Manager on key projects and as required.
- Ensure that you are working within all legal frameworks
