The Role: Reward Analyst
Contract: FTC – 6- 12 months
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: London
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, numerate and highly organised individual to join our friendly and collaborative Rewards team. You will support key reward processes such as salary and bonus review and UK flexible benefits. You will perform analysis to assist in decision-making on job offers, benchmarking and job evaluations. You will take a key role in reward projects such as new benefit options and policy enhancements.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand, lead and drive annual cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Act as an advisor and champion in the coordination and input of compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine the company’s competitive position, developing and/or modifying structures as needed.
- Escalation point in conducting market pricing of new and current positions; review proposals for new or revised positions to determine appropriate pay band assignment.
- Provide data analysis support and financial modelling to internal stakeholders on policies proposals and reward initiatives
- Report writing and data auditing
- Support cyclical pay review and bonus payment processes
- Ensure the integrity of the Reward/Employee Data – This includes regular audits to highlight data errors and utilise dashboards to encourage continuous improvement across the function.
- Contribute to defining the strategy for our providers in compensation data, assist with strategy in compensation data, especially in areas defined as needing an understanding of bands and pay level, midpoint analysis and strategy.
