Our growing Technology Talent team needs someone awesome to join us and help us scale up. You will be part of a small, ambitious and collaborative department focused on permanent and contract recruitment in the Technology market.
As Delivery Consultant at Cpl, you will have the opportunity to work with a number of huge tech companies we are partnered with. Your mission will be to help our clients grow their internal teams across a number of departments including Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
As a Delivery Consultant, a background in recruitment or a similar Sales/KPI-driven work environment is essential to perform well. Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, Sales or KPI-driven work environment
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in English
- Natural people skills and listening skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology market
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to deliver great customer service
- Educated at a graduate-level
Responsibilities:
- Contacting candidates to establish their precise recruitment requirements
- Recording the candidate’s detailed brief
- Negotiating and agreeing on pay rates for the candidates
- Searching database for finding and placing available and suitable candidates with clients.
- Placing advertisements to attract appropriately qualified candidates where none are present on the database with a view to sourcing candidates quickly.
- Social media brand management and candidate attraction, posting vacancies, articles etc.
- Uploading candidates to vendor systems and helping with submission
- Marketing campaigns for available and compliant candidates from bank to portfolio clients.
- Keeping in touch with candidates during the compliance process to ensure buy-in and good customer service.
- Follow up with clients for placement feedback to gauge how our candidates are performing and upsell and cross-selling our services.
- Reviewing applications, interviewing and assessing candidates and short-listing for interviews according to the employer’s expressed criteria within tight timeframes and strict deadlines
- Planning for candidates to be interviewed and preparing the candidates for an interview if this is required by the client
- Overseeing the administration of the placement of successful candidates, in conjunction with the administrative support function, e.g. timesheet chasing and administration, compliance facilitation
- Keeping records and submitting own statistics for assessment against performance targets
- Potentially attending recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events to expand the client base and develop new business
- Working with the allocated recruitment consultant to achieve positive outcomes and placements
- Other relevant duties as may be reasonably applicable from time to time
