The Role: Risk Analyst
Contract: PAYE
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
Location: Chertsey, Surrey

A Risk Analyst is needed to join a global company that devotes its talent and technology to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better global society.
In your role as a risk Analyst, you will review and monitor internal risk matters and report company risk to CFO
Responsibilities:
- Build a transparent business environment by establishing recurrence prevention measures upon the similar or same type of incidents in order to prevent business corruption in advance
- Analysing key risk items and reviewing fundamental reasons for poor performance and building improvement measures to enhance business competitiveness
- Overview of company’s policies and procedures and update if necessary
- Self-check of monthly risk in SEUK and report to CFO
- Key Areas: Marketing, A/R, Sales Deductions, B2B
- Marketing: outside fund, Non-system case, promotor cost
- Sales Deduction: Deal sheet collection, Deal sheet unsent, outside fund. Excessive price discount
- A/R: A/R confirmation recon report
- B2B: B2B customer review, Monitoring excessive price discount
- Prepare Risk Training Material and create an online presentation
- Provided to new starters and refresh training to all employee
- Proactive activities aim to reduce no. of potential risk cases
- Closing / Planning risk review
- Cost review and analysis: Posting error, abnormal postings
- Guide and complete yearly company self-audit process
- Monitoring weekly progress report to CFO
- Produce a report for the final self-audit result and report to CFO
- Manage Improve required process after audit completion
- Continuously evaluate the company’s platform for risk factors and develop strategies to manage them through data analysis and models
Requirement:
- Experienced professional with a full understanding of finance areas; resolves a wide
- range of issues in creative ways
- Works on risk management of diverse scope where analyzing data requires
- evaluating identifiable factors.
- Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance, or another quantitative field
- Advance skilled in Microsoft Office (Macro etc.)
- Experience in business intelligence, SAP
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience analysing financial accounting
- documents
- Excellent communication and data presentation skills
