A client partnership manager will on board your company to fully understand your hiring strategy, goal for the next 12 – 24 months, company culture and soft and hard standards.

Initiate regular strategy meetings with Principal Account Manager to constantly assess and improve talent pipeline and passive pools. Offer workforce planning and consultation at no additional cost.

Enable our video interviewing platform to speed up screening time and increase interview to hire ratio’s as well as significantly reduce time to hire(optional).

Pricing
A flat 15% fee on all contract and permanent work we deliver on, with a retainer to commit to paying 1/3rd of the fee on each role we work upfront.
