Why would you hire a talented person, who apparently is fit for the role you’ve offered (otherwise why hire them in the first place!!) and then micro manage them into losing all motivation, drive and engagement?!? 🤯

A better way is to present better choices to the people in your business and if you’ve hired the right people (big if!!!), using good data at hand, they will take the right action to thrive. 🚀

We as leaders then become enablers of success, coaches, true servant leaders. 🤝
